The Bakehouse at Wally Acres develops many recipes to be gluten-free and vegan-friendly when the recipe allows. However, we are not a dedicated gluten-free or vegan bakery. Our home kitchen handles common allergens, including wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, coconut, and other ingredients depending on the recipe. Because all products are prepared in a shared kitchen, we cannot guarantee that any item is free from cross-contact. Please review the ingredient and allergen information included with each product before ordering.
